- CRCaillie RichardsAug 15, 20191.0Even though it says open 8.15am online they will try and charge you an out of hours fee of over £150. Your best waiting until 9am to come down if you can. It is the second time recently i have found the reception staff quite arrogant and abrupt. Not one person cared or asked anything about my pets injury. When i phoned later in the day to speak to the manager to complain she said the dog looked fine to her. He was clearly walking with only three legs. I have lost all trust with this company and management. Good luck trusting this lot with your next closest family member or your hard earned money.
